Refund & Return Policy

At Sky Vape, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following refund and return terms apply.

Return window from the delivery date for eligible items.

Unopened

Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

7–14 Days

Business days to process an approved refund to your original payment method.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.
  • Any product that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify Sky Vape within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Sky Vape will review the claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take between 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
  • Shipping charges, delivery fees, and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Sky Vape.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Sky Vape is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.

7. Right to Refuse Returns

Sky Vape reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

Any returned item found to be used, damaged, or not in original condition may be refused and returned to the customer.
